Wing Chun offers a complete system of self-defense with its effectiveness based on mobility, speed, economy of movement and accuracy rather than brute strength.  Internal meditation techniques geared to enhance internal energy, concentration, sensitivity and overall awareness are also an integral part of the Wing Chun training at Red Lotus School.

Red Lotus School teaches the Wing Chun system as directly passed down from Grand Master Yip Man to his disciple, Sifu Duncan Leung, to Sifu Jerry Gardner of Red Lotus School.

T'ai Chi Chu'an

Our T’ai Chi classes will guide you in developing strength through softness, stillness through movement, change through consistency. Slow down and replenish yourself — do T’ai Chi.

Wing Chun Kung‑Fu

Study the style Bruce Lee practiced. Wing Chun is a complete system of self-defense based on mobility, speed, economy of movement and accuracy rather than on brute strength. Internal meditation techniques are also an integral part of class (adults & youth).

Youth/Teens Wing Chun Kung‑Fu

Our Youth and Teen Wing Chun Kung-Fu classes are traditional style classes where we train hard to develop a strong body, a clear mind, and a kind heart. Cultivating self-discipline and making good life choices are integral to class.

Iaido and Kendo

Iaido is the art of drawing, cutting, cleansing, and sheathing the sword — an art practiced to develop self-discipline, control, awareness, and calm presence.

Kendo is the art of Japanese fencing using a special bamboo sword which leads one to develop high degrees of honor, trust, and respect.

Urgyen Samten Ling Gonpa

Red Lotus School is located in the same building as Urgyen Samten Ling Gonpa—Tibetan Buddhist Temple.
